A secure living situation with people of a similar age, and a much more peaceful apartment were just a few of the reasons that Paul chose to make a move into retirement living with RetirementMove.
Despite having some concerns about the management teams that work within retirement developments and initially worrying that he might find himself with a quiet social life Paul has been delighted with his choice of location. Now living at Michael Court in Sale, he did have concerns that the town wouldn’t have much to offer in the way of activities and social events, however, this couldn’t have been further from the truth.
Since moving, Paul says he feels much more content, and is enjoying his retirement. And while he hadn’t really done a lot of research into retirement living before choosing to make the move, the dynamic approach of Andy Smith, our sales representative for the Greater Manchester area, made it a ‘hassle free’ experience.
When it came to using RetirementMove as his chosen estate agent, Paul is no stranger to the business; he’d used our services before and was so satisfied that he chose to use us again. His neighbour also recommended us to him so he was confident he made the right choice. Paul shared that he would happily recommend us to a friend or family member in the future and that we provided a ‘very professional service’
Redefining retirement and making the move as easy and stress-free as possible is central to what we do, and this is something that Paul benefitted from; he happily admits that using RetirementMove to buy his new apartment meant that the whole process was stress-free, while describing the company as ‘efficient and professional’.
Moving house is often ranked as one of the most stressful periods in a person’s life, but Paul was quick to tell us that the buying process at RetirementMove was very smooth, and that there was always help available when he needed it. When we asked if there was anything about the business and our services that he would have preferred to be different, Paul told us that he ‘could not think of anything’ that he would have changed, which just goes to show that when we say that we offer a personal service and knowledge of the market that high street agents simply can’t compete with, we mean it.
