Making the decision to move into a retirement development isn’t always an easy one, but from talking to Graham, it’s easy to see that it’s been a great decision for him. He’d come to realise that his health meant that he needed to make the move into something smaller, more modern and warmer, and this his old home was too big with ‘too much stuff’, meaning that he felt isolated and unable to cope.
Although he had initial concerns about downsizing and having enough room to take his possessions with him to his new apartment, Graham now admits that this wasn’t a problem when it came to moving in. When talking about his new apartment in Altrincham, he happily shares that it’s nice and warm with friendly people all around, and even that the communal lounge is much bigger than he was expecting!
At RetirementMove, we pride ourselves on being honest and open throughout the buying and selling process, and this was valued by Graham, as he described us as very friendly and earnest and highlighted just how much he appreciated the ‘honest advice and being kept informed’.
Having found out about our services from another development in the area, Graham says he would happily recommend us to his family members and friends, and described RetirementMove as ‘courteous, informative and timely’.
Although Graham didn’t choose RetirementMove over another agent for any one reason, he described the business as ‘doing what it says on the tin’, and we’re pleased to have been able to help him find his new home.
